We Are Ready to Change the World

While we, "individuals without distinction", as you put it, cannot be certain that your message is a sincere attempt initiate first contact, nonetheless we feel it is prudent to respond with our aspirations for such an encounter.

The forthright picture that you paint of us lets us know that you value honesty above superficial pleasantries even in an introduction. For us as well, honesty has proven to be a key in building close relationships.

As you point out, our experience on this planet demonstrates that the contact of a human society with a larger collective can be difficult. We understand that, in this situation, we are in the role of Pacific Islanders on the eve of Discovery. Great ships of the foreign powers wait offshore, out of visual range. Even though the ships are invisible, our seers have advised us that the ships are out there, waiting. So it is time to consider our options. With respect to malevolent foreign powers, the strategic options are limited to either resistance or capitulation. Resistance in the face of overwhelming technological superiority is ultimately a futile exercise in self-mortification. Yet capitulation could entail a long process of colonial occupation and exploitation. While this might be in the perceived interests of certain elites, for the people in general, it is a disaster.

But what if one of the foreign powers is benevolent? As we see it, your proposal presents us with the possibility of a third option, namely, to establish a partnership with a foreign power that has our best interests at heart. In this way, even though we might lack the military capability to defend ourselves, any power that would threaten us would also be taking on our friends, and so therefore would be restrained. Therefore, we suggest a seven year period during which we can learn about you and the larger Federation of which you are a part; and so you can learn more about us, and our unique talents. During this time, we can develop a coherent planetary voice and new institutions suited to the task of conducting interplanetary affairs. At the end of the transition period, a properly constituted authority can enter into formal agreements that we consider would best serve our collective interests.

Are you right about the presence of a "third party" of ETs? After we meet you, we will be in a position to consider your allegations of misconduct on the part of "third party" ETs or humans acting in collaboration with them. Certainly we are already aware that some humans in positions of power do not seem to act in the best interests of their people. What we do not know is the cause of their choices. In the past, humans have looked to the skies for gods or some kind of salvation. We understand that this is not part of your offer, and that we must each continue to pursue our own individual development. As a species and a planetary ecology, we remain responsible for our own evolution.

What do we want? Certain places on Earth are of exceptional beauty. The island of Tahiti is an example of a place so beautiful that visitors are content to "take only memories" and "leave only footprints." We would like to be able to conserve the planet's natural environment so we can continue to enjoy the rich variety of life that surrounds us. As well, certain places on Earth are sacred. We can see that it is to our advantage to be able to function autonomously within this context as soon as we can. Of course, because of our isolated condition, we must be technically backward by Federation standards. While we are ignorant of what you might use as a process or medium of exchange, we know we must offer something that you value in order to receive much of what we will need in order to develop without undue dependency.

We are quite pleased to read that you value Joy and Peace. Many here would delight in providing just such commodities to the Federation! With this in mind, we would like to suggest that Earth establish an economy based on interplanetary tourism and peacemaking rather than any extractive industry.

Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.
Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.

Weder bei euren Wissenschaftler noch bei euren Religionsvertreter herrscht Einstimmigkeit über die unerklärlichen himmlischen Ereignisse, deren Zeuge die Menschheit seit Jahrtausenden ist.

Um die Wahrheit zu erfahren, muss man sie ohne den Filter seiner Glaubensmuster anschauen, wie respektabel diese Glaubensmuster auch immer sein mögen.

Eine wachsende Anzahl anonymer Forscher unter euch erforschen neue Wege des Wissens und kommen der Realität sehr nahe.
Heute ist eure Zivilisation überflutet mit einem Ozean von Informationen, von denen hauptsächlich nur ein winziger Anteil, der weniger aufregende, verbreitet wird.

Was im Laufe eurer Geschichte lächerlich oder unwahrscheinlich erschien, wurde oft Möglichkeit und dann Wirklichkeit, insbesondere in den letzten fünfzig Jahren. Seid euch bewusst, dass die Zukunft sogar noch überraschender sein wird. Wie die meisten von euch sind wir auf der Suche nach dem Höchsten Wesen. Daher sind wir keine Götter oder Kleingötter, sondern praktisch eure Nächsten in der Kosmischen Bruderschaft.
Physisch unterscheiden wir uns ein wenig von euch, aber die meisten von uns haben eine menschenartige Gestalt.

Unsere Existenz ist eine Realität, aber die meisten von euch nehmen diese noch nicht wahr. Wir sind nicht bloß etwas, was man beobachten kann, wir sind Bewusstsein, gerade so wie Ihr. Ihr könnt uns nicht erfassen, weil wir die meiste Zeit für eure Sinne und eure Messinstrumente unsichtbar bleiben.
Wir möchten zu diesem Zeitpunkt eurer Geschichte diese Lücke schließen. Zu dieser kollektiven Entscheidung sind wir gekommen, doch genügt dies noch nicht. Wir brauchen die eure. Durch diese Botschaft werdet Ihr die Entscheidungsträger! Ihr persönlich.

Wir haben keinen menschlichen Vertreter auf der Erde, der euch bei dieser Entscheidung leiten könnte.

Warum sind wir nicht sichtbar?

In bestimmten Evolutionsstadien entdecken kosmische “Menschheiten” neue Formen der Wissenschaft, die jenseits der augenscheinlichen Kontrolle der Materie liegen. Hierzu gehören strukturierte Dematerialisation und Materialisation. Dass Ihr dies so selten beobachtet, liegt an den außerordentlichen Vorteilen, die der dematerialisierte Zustand dieser Schiffe bietet.

Die äußere Form ist heute wichtiger als die Essenz eurer subtilen Natur. Für die herrschenden Mächte stellt gerade diese Betonung des Äußeren einen Schutzwall gegen jede Form von Bedrohung dar.

Ihr seid dazu aufgerufen, die äußere Form zu überwinden und sie dennoch um ihres Reichtums und ihrer Schönheit willen zu respektieren. Das Formbewusstsein zu verstehen heißt die Menschen in ihrer Verschiedenheit lieben. Frieden bedeutet nicht Abwesenheit von Krieg, er besteht darin, zu werden, was Ihr in Wirklichkeit seid: Eine Bruderschaft von Gleichen.

Damit Ihr dies versteht, verringert sich die Anzahl von Lösungen, die innerhalb eurer Reichweite liegen, beständig. Eine davon besteht darin, mit einer anderen Rasse in Kontakt zu treten, die das Bild dessen, was Ihr in Wirklichkeit seid, reflektieren würde.

Was ist eure Situation?

Außer bei seltenen Gelegenheiten hatten unsere Interventionen immer sehr wenig Auswirkung auf eure Fähigkeit, kollektive und individuelle Entscheidungen in Hinblick auf Eure eigene Zukunft zu treffen. Dies geschah aufgrund unseres Wissens um eure tiefenpsychologischen Mechanismen.

Wenn Ihr auch individuell gesehen ein menschliches Wesen seid, so könnt Ihr die vielen potentiellen Fähigkeiten, über die Ihr verfügt, doch nicht in Würde ausüben. Dies trifft auf die größte Mehrheit unter Euch zu, aus im wesentlichen geopolitischen Gründen.

Es gibt einige Milliarden von Euch. Die Ausbildung Eurer Kinder und Eure Lebensbedingungen unterliegen, genauso wie die Bedingungen, unter denen viele Tiere und Pflanzen leben, nichtsdestoweniger der Gewalt einiger weniger eurer politischen, finanziellen, militärischen und religiösen Repräsentanten.

Eure Gedanken, Euer Glauben wird modelliert nach parteiischen Interessen, euch zu Sklaven zu machen, während man euch zugleich das Gefühl vermittelt, vollständige Kontrolle über euer Schicksal zu haben – was im Wesentlichen der Realität entspricht.

Aber es ist ein langer Weg von einem Wunsch zu einer Tatsache, wenn die wahren Regeln dessen, was gerade gespielt wird, unbekannt sind. Dieses Mal seid Ihr nicht der Eroberer. Information zu verzerren, so dass bestimmte Aspekte einseitig betont werden, ist eine Jahrtausende alte Strategie für menschliche Wesen. Gedanken, Gefühle oder Organismen, die nicht zu Euch gehören, durch ad-hoc-Technologien zu induzieren, ist eine sogar noch ältere Strategie.

Wunderbare Möglichkeiten des Fortschritts stehen direkt neben großen Bedrohungen der Unterjochung und Zerstörung. Diese Gefahren und Möglichkeiten existieren jetzt. Menschliches Verhalten, geformt von Gewohnheiten und Ausbildung in der Vergangenheit, hat solch eine Trägheit, dass diese Perspektive Euch in eine Sackgasse führt. Ihr vertraut diese Probleme Repräsentanten an, deren Bewusstsein für das Gemeinwohl im Angesicht kooperierender Interessen langsam erlischt, zusammen mit dem für diese Schwierigkeiten.
Sie debattieren immer über die Form, aber selten über den Inhalt.

Und gerade wenn die Zeit zum Handeln gekommen ist, werden sich Verzögerungen häufen, bis hin zu dem Punkt, an dem Ihr euch unterwerfen müsst, anstatt wählen zu können.

Was für ein Ereignis könnte diese Trägheit, die für jede Zivilisation typisch ist, radikal verändern? Woher wird ein kollektives und vereinendes Bewusstsein kommen, das dieses blinde Voranstürmen aufhält?
Stämme, Völker und Nationen haben sich immer getroffen und ausgetauscht. Angesichts der Bedrohungen, die auf der menschlichen Familie lasten, ist es vielleicht Zeit für eine größere Interaktion.

Wer ist die “dritte Partei“?

Ihr könnt die Geburt der Menschheit in die Bruderschaft erleichtern.

Einer Eurer Denker sagte einmal: “Zeigt mir, wo ich den Hebel ansetzen soll, und ich hebe die Erde aus den Angeln”.

Diese Botschaft zu verbreiten wird dann der Ansatzpunkt sein, der gestärkt werden muss; wir werden der lichtjahrelange Hebel und Ihr die Handwerker sein, um...die Erde zu erheben als eine Folge unseres Erscheinens.

Was wären die Folgen einer positiven Entscheidung?

Für uns wäre die unmittelbare Folge einer kollektiven günstigen Entscheidung die Materialisierung vieler Schiffe, an Eurem Himmel und auf der Erde.

Für Euch wäre die unmittelbare Wirkung ein schnelles Aufgeben vieler Gewissheiten und Glaubensinhalte.

Ein einfacher entscheidender visueller Kontakt würde gewaltige Auswirkungen auf Eure Zukunft haben. Viel Wissen würde für immer modifiziert. Die Organisation Eurer Gesellschaften würde für immer umgewälzt, in allen Tätigkeitsbereichen. Macht würde individuell werden, denn Ihr würdet mit eigenen Augen sehen, dass wir leben. Konkret gesprochen, Ihr würdet Eure Werteskala ändern.

Das Wichtigste ist für uns, dass die Menschheit vor diesem “Unbekannten”, das wir repräsentieren, eine einzige Familie bilden würde.

Die Gefahr würde langsam von Euerm Zuhause weichen, denn Ihr würdet die nicht Wünschenswerten, die wir die „dritte Partei“ nennen, indirekt dazu zwingen, sich zu erkennen zu geben und zu verschwinden. Ihr würdet alle denselben Namen tragen und dieselben Wurzeln miteinander teilen: Menschheit!

Später würde auf diese Weise friedlicher und respektvoller Austausch möglich werden, wenn dies Euer Wunsch ist. Jetzt jedoch kann der Hungernde nicht lächeln und der Furchterfüllte kann uns nicht willkommen heißen. Wir sind traurig, Männer, Frauen und Kinder in ihrem Fleische und ihren Herzen in solch einem Ausmaß leiden zu sehen, wo sie doch solch ein inneres Licht in sich tragen.

Dieses Licht kann Eure Zukunft sein. Unsere Beziehungen könnten sich Schritt für Schritt weiterentwickeln.

Es würde sich alles in mehreren Stadien von etlichen Jahren oder Jahrzehnten abspielen: Demonstratives Erscheinen unserer Schiffe, physisches Erscheinen neben Menschen, Mitarbeit an Eurer technischen und spirituellen Evolution, Entdeckung von Teilen der Galaxie.

Jedes Mal würden Euch neue Wahlmöglichkeiten geboten. Ihr würdet dann für Euch selbst entscheiden, in neue Stadien einzutreten, wenn Ihr denkt, dass dies für Euer äußeres und inneres Wohlergehen notwendig ist. Über keinerlei Einmischung würde einseitig entschieden werden. Wir würden einfach gehen, sobald Ihr kollektiv wünscht, dass wir das tun sollen.

Abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit, mit der diese Botschaft in der Welt verbreitet wird, wird es etliche Wochen oder sogar Monate brauchen bis zu unserem „großen Auftritt“, wenn dies die Entscheidung ist, welche die Mehrheit jener getroffen hat, welche von ihrer Fähigkeit zu wählen Gebrauch gemacht haben, und wenn diese Botschaft die notwendige Unterstützung erhält.

Der Hauptunterschied zwischen Euren täglichen Gebeten zu Wesen von strikt spiritueller Natur und Eurer gegenwärtigen Entscheidung ist extrem einfach: Wir sind technisch dazu ausgerüstet, uns zu materialisieren.

Warum solch ein historisches Dilemma?

Wir wissen, dass “Fremde” als Feinde betrachtet werden, solange sie das “Unbekannte” verkörpern. In einem frühen Stadium werden die Emotionen, die von unserem Erscheinen erzeugt werden, Eure Beziehungen untereinander auf weltweiter Ebene stärken.

Wie könnt Ihr wissen, ob unsere Ankunft die Folge Eurer kollektiven Wahl ist? Aus dem einfachen Grund, dass wir sonst schon seit langer Zeit auf Eurer Existenzebene präsent gewesen wären ! Wenn wir noch nicht da sind, liegt dies nur daran, dass Ihr noch keine solche Entscheidung explizit getroffen habt.

Manche von Euch mögen denken, dass wir Euch nur an eine absichtsvolle Wahl Eurerseits glauben lassen, um unsere Ankunft zu legitimieren, doch entspräche dies nicht der Wahrheit. Was für ein Interesse hätten wir, Euch offen anzubieten, wozu Ihr noch keinen Zugang habt, zum Wohle der meisten von Euch?

Wie könnt Ihr sicher sein, dass dies nicht ein weiteres subtiles Manöver der “Dritten Partei” ist, um euch noch besser versklaven zu können? Weil man immer effizienter gegen etwas kämpft, das man zuvor identifiziert hat als gegen etwas, von dem man nichts weiß. Ist der Terrorismus, der Euch zersetzt, nicht ein offensichtliches Beispiel?

Was immer auch der Fall sein mag, Ihr seid der einzige, der urteilen mag, in Eurem Herzen und in Eurer Seele! Was immer Eure Wahl ist, sie wird geachtet und respektiert werden.

In Eurer Situation ist die Vorsichtsmaßnahme, die darin besteht, nicht zu versuchen uns entdecken, nicht länger angebracht. Ihr befindet Euch bereits in Pandoras Büchse, die die „Dritte Partei“ um Euch herum geschaffen hat. Was immer Eure Entscheidung auch sein mag, Ihr werdet aus ihr ausbrechen müssen.

Angesichts solch eines Dilemmas, wo Unwissen gegen Unwissen steht, werdet Ihr Eure Intuition befragen müssen. Wollt Ihr uns mit Euren eigenen Augen sehen oder einfach glauben, was Eure Denker sagen? Das ist die eigentliche Frage.

Nach Jahrtausenden wird diese Wahl nun eines Tages unvermeidlich sein: die Wahl zwischen zwei Unbekannten.

Warum solch eine Botschaft unter Euch verbreiten?

Übersetzt und verbreitet diese Botschaft weit. Diese Handlung wird Eure Zukunft in unwiderruflicher und historischer Weise auf Jahrtausende hin beeinflussen. Wenn nicht, werdet Ihr eine neue Wahlmöglichkeit auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschieben, um mindestens eine Generation, wenn diese überleben kann.

Nicht zu wählen bedeutet, sich der Wahl anderer zu beugen. Andere nicht zu informieren birgt das Risiko, ein Ergebnis zu erhalten, das den eigenen Erwartungen entgegengesetzt ist. Gleichgültig zu bleiben, bedeutet seinen freien Willen aufzugeben.

Es geht hier um Eure Zukunft. Dies alles geschieht um Eurer Evolution willen.

Es ist möglich, dass diese Aufforderung nicht auf Eure kollektive Billigung trifft und dass sie, aufgrund fehlender Information, ignoriert wird. Dennoch bleibt im Universum kein individueller Wunsch unerhört.
Stellt Euch unsere Ankunft morgen vor. Tausende von Schiffen. Ein einzigartiger Kulturschock in der gegenwärtigen Menschheitsgeschichte. Es wird dann zu spät sein, zu bedauern, keine Wahl getroffen und die Botschaft nicht verbreitet zu haben, weil diese Entdeckung unwiderruflich sein wird. Wir bestehen darauf, dass Ihr Euch nicht übereilt, aber bitte denkt darüber nach! Und entscheidet!
Die Massenmedien werden nicht notwendigerweise daran interessiert sein, diese Botschaft zu verbreiten.
Es ist daher Eure Aufgabe, als ein anonymes und doch außergewöhnliches denkendes und liebendes Wesen, sie zu übermitteln.
